Other Officers for the club?
I think we should also have a VP and definitely a Media person, because I frankly don't have time to make all the posters all the time. I can definitely do it sometimes, but not for every meeting.

If you want, I can handle the posters. I will either keep a template and enter the date and print or make a couple of laminated copies that the date can be written in for each meeting/event.

Dani also volunteered to do some of the media works. That being said, we'll sort out who can do what when.
Also an update. Brian would be willing to be VP of this club. I agree with that. I'm going to bring that up at the next club meeting.

Another update. In the future we'll split poster and media between Zach and Dani I think, however for this next meeting, Dani has already made posters
